John is a self employed photographer and has been in the trade for all of his working life. He goes to shows both canine and equestrian to take pictures for his own use and for sale; you will usually find his work from the previous day’s events on this site within 24 hours of the event taking place, it is then placed for sale. Much of his work is taken from equestrian events such as:

In terms of Canine events John still occasionally attends both general and group championship shows such as Crufts, which only emphasises the degree of skill that he is able to provide for every picture showcased.

His work has been repeatedly published and he also provides personal photographs of people’s animals be they pets or show, tailoring specifically to the client’s requirements. For instance being one of the first photographers within canine photography to convert to digital photography he is much advanced in many modern techniques such as:
