After payment it will be posted within 14 days, but usually much quicker. If you pay by cheque then add an extra seven days for that for it to clear at the bank. Time required for the postal system in the UK is usually less than 3 days, to the USA its around five days, Canada slightly longer. Mainland Europe is around 4 days, Australia and New Zealand 5 days, Japan between 5 and 14 days
Why does it sometimes take more than a day to answers emails?
We check emails a couple of times a day normally, but there are only a few of us here so it can be less. Occasionally we get a life and take a day off (normally it's spent taking new photographs!) Also bear in mind large time differences which make it seem longer.
What is your policy on refunds?
We fully guarentee our photographs and will happily refund the full purchase of them should you find something genuinely wrong. Shipping and handling charges will be met by you.
Products must be returned to us at your cost in order to exact a refund.
Should you return the goods at the our cost, we reserve the right to charge for handling of such goods, and not limited to the initial value of the goods.
